(Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001 Last amended on May 08, 2019Central Regulations · 1992

(1) The power to implement these regulations vests in the Chairman who is also empowered to issue such administrative instructions as may be necessary to give effect to and carry out the purposes of these regulations or otherwise to secure effective control of the employees and the decision of the Chairman shall be final and binding on the employees.

(2) The powers exercisable by an authority under these regulations shall also be exercisable by any authority superior to the authority first mentioned.

3 [(3) The Board may at its discretion waive or relax the strict application of the provisions of the regulations].
