Section 25: Repeal and saving.

The Enemy Property Act, 1968Central Act · Act 34 of 1968

(1) The Enemy Property Ordinance, 1968 (7 of 1968), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
