Section 8: Preparation of inventory of moveable property

Enemy Property Rule, 2015Central Rules · 1968

(1) Where the Custodian takes possession of any moveable property including any stock-in-trade or plant or machinery or any undertaking, he shall cause an inventory to be prepared of the property in Form 6 in triplicate, in the presence of not less than two neutral witnesses.

(2) The inventory shall be signed by the person by whom it was prepared and each of the two witnesses and be countersigned by the Custodian and one copy of the inventory shall be given to the owner of the property and two copies shall be retained by the Custodian.
