P44 4-1 TfT.TT.R. 174(31.) 2 H14, 2007 gift 4177* 1,4 41, 3M111i(ul, 14TIT II, thus 3,i4Nu,s; (i) 4 Tr7 MINISTRY OF POWER NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th November, 2015_ - – G.S.R. 891(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 56 and section 52 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Central Government, in consultation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Energy Conservation (the form and manner for submission of report on the status of energy consumption by the designated consumers) Rules, 2007, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Energy Conservation (the form and manner for submission of report on the status of energy consumption by the designated consumers) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Energy Conservation (the form and manner for submission of report on the status of energy consumption by the designated consumers) Rules, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 2, in sub-rule (1), after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(c) "Sector Specific Pro-forma" means the supporting pro-forma for the sectors specified in section F of Form 1 applicable to a designated consumer.".
3. In the said rules, in rule 3, -
(i) for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- • [ITT II—" 3(i)] `4.-T1Td q-71 : 5 "(1) Every designated consumer shall furnish in electronic form to the concerned state designated agency, a report on the status of energy consumption for the financial year ending on the 31st March of every calendar year on or before the 30th June of the said calendar year in Form 1.";
(ii) for sub-rule(2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) The details of data furnished in Form 1 shall be drawn from the Sector Specific Pro-forma, applicable to a designated consumer and the applicable Sector Specific Pro-forma, duly filled in, shall be annexed to Form 1".
4. In the said rules, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- "5. Supply of data to the Bureau, - Every designated consumer shall furnish the data in electronic form , referred to in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2) of rule 3, duly authenticated in the manner specified in rule 4 of these rules, to the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.".
5. In the said rules, for Form 1, the following Form shall be substituted, namely:- "Form 1 [See rule 3J Details of information regarding total energy consumed and specific energy consumption per unit of production A. General Details Description 1 Name of the Unit 2

(ii) Registered Office address with telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail address
