Section 7: Effect of provisions inconsistent with other laws

Essential Services (Prevention of Strikes) Ordinance, 1951Ordinance · 1951

The provisions of this Ordinance and of any notifications issued thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (XIV of 1947), or any other law for the time being in force.
