EXIM OFFICERS Service Regulation 1982Central Regulations · 1981

(1) Every officer shall not, except as otherwise required by any Act or any other law, divulge directly or indirectly any information relating to, or to the affairs of the Bank and its constituents and clients to any person not legally entitled thereto or to a member of the public or to an outside agency or to an employee of the Bank not entitled to such information except in circumstances in which it is, in accordance with the law or practice and usage customary among bankers, necessary or appropriate for the duties assigned to the officer concerned to divulge such information.

(2) Every officer, including an officer or employee whose services are being utilised on deputation basis, shall before entering upon his duties make a declaration of f idelity and secrecy in the form set out at Annexure ‘A’ of these Regulations.
