(a) the holding of any procession or demonstration In any public place;
<b) the holding of any public meeting;

13. Protection ol action taken under Ibis Aet . - f l ) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for a c h i n g which is in gucd faith done or intended to bo done under, or in pursuance of, this Act.
(%) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Govern ment or the Lieutenant Governor of Manipur or, except wrth ibe sanction of the said Lieutenant Governor, against any of the officers under his administrative control, for any damage caused Or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under, or in pursuance of. this Act.
