Section 10: Fees of legal practitioners

Family Courts Rules Tamil Nadu Act, 1984Central Rules · 1984

The legal practitioners appointed under section 13 of the Act as amicus curiae shall be entitled to fees at the rate of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per case.
