In States and Union territories where implementation of the Act had started in the year(s) before coming into force of these rules, release of due Central assistance for previous years shall be made on the basis of information to be furnished by the States or Union territories, as the case may be, in the proformas prescribed at Schedule I and Schedule II to these rules.
