Section 4: Amendment of section 12, Act VII of 1947

Foreign Exchange Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance, 1951Ordinance · 1951

In sub-section (1) of section 12 of the principal Act, for the words "prohibit the export" the words "prohibit the taking or sending out by land, sea or air (hereafter in this section referred to as export)" shall be substituted.
