1. संजिप् त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनर्मों का नाम कंपनी (लखेा) संिोधन जनर्म, 2023 ह।ै
(2) रे् जनर्म 23 िनवरी, 2023 को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 23 rd January, 2023.
