Section 2: Requirement of certification

G.S.R. 535(E)- Environment (Protection) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2013.Central Rules · 1986

Every manufacturer or importer (hereinafter referred to as manufacturer) of genset (hereinafter referred to as product) to which these conditions apply shall have a separate valid certificate of type approval for all the product models for emission as well as noise norms being manufactured or imported.
