1. सजंिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) आन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम कंपनी (प्रकीणय) संिोधन जनयम, 2023 ह।ै
(2) ये जनयम 23 जनवरी, 2023 से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. कंपनी (प्रकीणय) जनयम, 2014 में,-
(i) जनयम 3 के, परंतुक में,- (क) खण्ड (iv) के परंतुक में, “और ईसे प्ररूप प्रकीणय-1 के साथ ईसी को संलग्न करके” िब्दों, ऄिरों और ऄंकों का लोप दकया जाएगा;
(ख) खण्ड (v) में, “और आस संबंध में एक प्रमाण-पत्र प्ररूप प्रकीणय-1 के साथ संलग्न हो” िब्दों, ऄिरों और ऄंकों का लोप दकया जाएगा;
