Section 1: Short title and application

General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988Central Rules · 1937

(1) These rules may be called the General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988.

(2) They shall apply to all articles of agricultural and other produce included in the Schedule to the Act.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
