The Global Open University Nagaland (1st Amendment) Act 2011State Act of Nagaland · Act 6 of 2011

(1) TheExeculiveCouncil Shall,-

(xix) Delegate any ofits powers to the Chancellor, the Pro Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Registrar or the Director or any Council or any other authority of the University for a temporary duration; and Meetings of Executive Council
