The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006State Act of Nagaland · Act 3 of 2006

(1) The Director in-charge of operations in the State of Nagaland shall be a member of all Councils of the Univefiity.

(2) The Pro Chancellor may appoint the Director-in-charge of operations in the State of Nagaland to any other Committee, Board or authority of the University.

(3) The Pro Chancellor may co-opt any other Director of the University in any Council, Committee, Board or authority of the University.

(4) The Directors shall be solely responsible for the operations of the University at the respective field levels.

(5) Their other powers and functions shall be as regulations.
