The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006State Act of Nagaland · Act 3 of 2006

(1) Subjectto the provisions ofthisAcf all officers and employees oftheuniversity shall be recruited under awritten agreement.

(2) Officers and employees shall hold the posts to which they are recruited as per terms and conditions prescribedin regulations.
