The compensation determined under section 14 shall, after deducting therefrom the dues, if any, referred to in section 3 and sub-section (6) of section 26, be paid in cash to the person or persons to whom it is payable; but if any such person refuses to accept payment, the amount payable to him shall be deposited by the Collector in a competent District Court.
