Section 20: Bar of jurisdiction

The Goa (Abolition of Proprietorships, Titles and Grants of Lands) Act, 2014.State Act of Goa · Act 8 of 2014

(1) No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain, try, settle, decide or deal with any question which is by or under this Act, required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Collector or by the Tribunal in appeal.

(2) No order of the Collector or the Tribunal made under this Act shall be questioned in -9- any Civil or Criminal Court.
