As soon as may be but not later than sixty days from the commencement of this Act every person who is occupying, supervising or managing any property without the approval of the Custodian which he knows or has reason to believe to be evacuee property, shall submit to the Custodian or to any person authorised by him in this behalf, full information relating to such property, including the date from which or the period during which he has been occupying, supervising or managing it, and a detailed account of the rents, profits, income or other benefits received from the said property from the date from which or for the period during which he has been occupying, supervising or managing it.
