Section 42: Fees payable to the Custodian

The Goa Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1964State Act of Goa · Act 6 of 1964

(1) The Government may fix the fees payable to the Custodian for the management or disposal of any property vested in him.

(2) Such fees shall be payable out of the income or sale proceeds of such property, shall be a first charge on the property and shall be credited and accounted for in such manner as may be prescribed.
