Section 5: Repeal and Saving

The Goa Administrative Tribunal (Appointment, Conditions of Service of President and Additional President) Rules, 2010.State Rules of Goa · 1965

(1) The Goa Administrative Tribunal Rules, 1966, are hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the rules so -2- repealed shall, unless such thing or action is inconsistent with the provisions with these rules, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
