Section 24: Value of stamps not to be included in costs and not to be collected from clients

The Goa Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1995State Act of Goa · Act 2 of 1997

(1) The value of the stamp shall not be included in calculating the costs in the case.

(2) The value of the stamp shall not be collected by the member from his client.

(3) If any member contravenes the provision of sub-section (2), he shall be liable to the Board for appropriate action.
