Section 25: Resignation of Chairman and Vice-Chairman

The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007State Act of Goa · Act 11 of 2007

(1) The Chairman may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the State Marketing Officer and such resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted by the State Marketing Officer.

(2) The Vice-Chairman may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman and such resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted by the Chairman.
