Section 33: Appointment of sub-committees and delegation of power

The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007State Act of Goa · Act 11 of 2007

The Marketing Board may appoint one or more sub-committees consisting of one or more of it's members and may delegate to such sub-committee, such of its powers or duties as it may think fit. The subcommittee so appointed shall function under the superintendence, guidance, direction and control of the Marketing Board.
