Section 7: Procedure subsequent to notification under section 6
The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007State Act of Goa · Act 11 of 2007
(1) Any inhabitant of the market area or of the areas covered by the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 6 may, if he objects to anything contained therein, submit his objections in writing to the Government within the period specified for this purpose in the said notification.
(2) When the period specified in the notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 6 has expired and the Government has considered and passed orders on such objections as may have been submitted to it within such period, the Government may, by notification, include the area or any part thereof in the market area or exclude it therefrom or amalgamate market areas thereof.
