Section 76: Delegation of powers

The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007State Act of Goa · Act 11 of 2007

(1) The Government may delegate to any of its officer not below the rank of State Marketing Officer any of the powers conferred on it by or under this Act other than the power to make rules under section 81.

(2) The State Marketing officer may delegate any of his powers to any officer of the Government not below the rank of Assistant Regis
