Section 4: Prohibition on domestication and breeding of ferocious animals

The Goa Animal Breeding and Domestication (Regulation and Compensation) Act, 2025State Act of Goa · Act 21 of 2025

(1) No person after issuance of notification under section 3, shall domesticate, breed or cause to breed any animal of the breed or class specified in the said notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3.

(2) No person after issuance of notification under section 3 shall bring or cause to bring in the State of Goa, an animal of the breed or class as specified in such notification.
