Section 17: Meeting of the Council

The Goa Ayurvedic and other Allied Indian Systems of Medicine Council Act, 2019State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 2019

The Council shall meet at such time and place and every meeting of the Council shall be summoned in such manner as may be provided by regulations:

Provided that until such regulations are made, it shall be lawful for the President to summon a meeting of the Council at such time and place as he may deem expedient by circulating notice to each member.
