Section 31: Grant and withdrawal of Recognition

The Goa Ayurvedic and other Allied Indian Systems of Medicine Council Act, 2019State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 2019

The Council may grant recognition to any institution imparting instructions to students for preparing them for the qualifying examination and may, at any time, withdraw such recognition, if in the opinion of the Council, the Institution is unable to impart instructions of the required standard.
