Section 38: Exemption from serving on inquest

The Goa Ayurvedic and other Allied Indian Systems of Medicine Council Act, 2019State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 2019

Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force, every registered practitioner shall be exempt, if he so desires from serving on any inquest or as a juror or assessor under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974).
