Section 42: Appeals to Government from decision of the Council

The Goa Ayurvedic and other Allied Indian Systems of Medicine Council Act, 2019State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 2019

(1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Council under this Act, except a decision made by the Council as an appellate authority.

(2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
