Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Goa Cess on Fluid Milk (Control) Act, 2000State Act of Goa · Act 24 of 2000

(1) This Act may be called the Goa Cess on Fluid Milk (Control) Act, 2000.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Goa.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint 1[came into force on 5-3-2001].
