Section 16: Notification of election, of Councillors, Mayor and Dy. Mayor

The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002State Act of Goa · Act 1 of 2003

Every election, of a Councillor, and every election of the Mayor or Deputy Mayor shall be notified in the prescribed manner and such persons shall enter in their respective offices from the date specified for that purpose in such notification.
