Section 26: Allowing or disallowing of registration

The Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2019State Act of Goa · Act 19 of 2019

The authority shall pass an Order within the next thirty days thereafter either,—

(a) allowing the application for permanent registration; or

(b) disallowing the application:

Provided that the authority shall record it’s reasons, if it disallows an application for permanent registration.
