Every employee of the authority and the Council shall be deemed to, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be public servants 3[as defined in clause (28) of Section 2 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023)].
