Section 18: Collaboration by societies

The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001State Act of Goa · Act 36 of 2001

Any society may, by resolution passed in a general meeting by three-fourth majority of members present and voting, enter into collaboration with any Government undertaking or any undertaking approved by the Government for carrying on any specific business or businesses, including industrial investment, financial aid -13- or marketing and management expertise.
