Section 28: Procedure for change of address of societies

The Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Goa · 2001

Every change in its registered address shall be communicated by the society to the Registrar within thirty days thereof. Any such change shall not be treated as registered unless:—

(i) it is indicated in the bye-laws by amending them and the amendment so made is registered under the Act, and

(ii) the change is registered in the register as provided in rule 9.
