Section 37: Deduction from salary to meet the society’s claim

The Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Goa · 2001

(1) The form of the Agreement to be executed by a member of a society in favour of the society under sub-section (1) of section 45 of the Act shall be in Form ‘J’.

(2) The society shall send requisition to the employer for deduction from salary to meet the society’s claim under sub-section (2) of section 45 of the Act in Form ‘K’.
