Section 77: Form of ballot paper

The Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Goa · 2001

Every ballot paper shall be in Form ‘Election-10’ and the names of candidates shall be arranged in the same order in which they appear in the final list of contesting candidates. However, if two or more candidates bear the same name, they shall be distinguished by addition of their occupation or residence or in some other manner which should be determined by the Returning Officer.
