Section 34: Annual Reports

The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997State Act of Goa · Act 27 of 1997

The Command Area Development Board shall prepare for every year a report of its activities under this Act during that year and submit the report to the Government in such form on or before such date as may be prescribed and the Government shall cause the same to be laid before the House of the Legislature.
