Section 47: Protection for acts done in good faith

The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997State Act of Goa · Act 27 of 1997

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, the Command Area Development Board or any officer or servant of the Government or of the Command Area Development Board for anything which is in good faith done or purported or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, or any rule made thereunder.
