Section 13: Recovery of dues

(1) The Command Area Development Board shall, as far as possible, immediately, but not later than three months after the completion of the Schemes, intimate the land holder about the amount to be paid by him towards the cost of works carried out in terms of sub-section (3) of section 19 of the Act.

(2) The rate of interest for the purpose of section 48 of the Act, shall be two percent more than the rate of interest payable by the Command Area Development Board on loans raised from credit agencies.
