Section 2: Definitions

The Goa Command Area Development Rules, 1999State Rules of Goa · 1997

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:—

(a) “Act” means the Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997 (Goa Act 27 of 1997);

(b) “Form” means the form appended to theses rules;

(c) “Schedule” means schedule appended to these rules;

(d) “Government” means the Government of Goa ;

(e) Words and phrases used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as is assigned to them in the Act.
