Section 12: Annual Report

The Goa Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 2010State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 2010

The Commission shall prepare once in every year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an Annual Report giving a true and full account of its activities during the previous year and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the Government and the Government shall cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of the State alongwith a Memorandum explaining the action taken or proposed to be taken on its recommendations and the reasons for the non-acceptance, if any of such recommendations.
