Section 8: Salaries and allowances to be paid out of grants

The Goa Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 2010State Act of Goa · Act 9 of 2010

(1) The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson should be commensurate to the status and dignity of the office and the administrative expenses including salaries, allowances as determined by the Government.

(2) The officers and other employees referred to in section 7 shall be paid such salaries and allowances and pension out of the grants referred to in sub-section (1) of section 14 as prescribed.
