Section 9: Power to remove difficulties

The Goa Compensation to the Project Affected Persons and Vesting of Land in the Government Act, 2017.State Act of Goa · Act 16 of 2017

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removal of the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of enactment of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislature.
