Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa Comunidade Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1981State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 1981

(1) This Act may be called the Goa 1[Omitted] Comunidade Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1981.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
