Section 52: Saving as to stamp duties

The Goa Court-Fees Act, 2024State Act of Goa · Act 15 of 2024

Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the stamp duties chargeable under any other law for the time being in force relating to stamp duties.

Explanation.— The Stamp duty shall have the same meaning as provided under the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899).
