Section 6: Power to remove Difficulties.

If any difficulty arises in giving effect in Goa, Daman and Diu to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), or the Arbitration Act, 1940 (10 of 1940), extended by this Act to that Union territory, the Central Government may, by order in the Official Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions as appear to it to be necessary for the removal of the difficulty.
